- Welcome!
Hello and welcome to Misplaced Pages. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. The following links will help you begin editing on Misplaced Pages:
- The five pillars of Misplaced Pages
- How to edit a page
- Editing tutorial
- Picture tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Naming conventions
- Simplified Manual of Style
- Please bear these points in mind while editing Misplaced Pages
- Respect copyrights – do not copy and paste text or images directly from other websites.
- Maintain a neutral point of view – this is one of Misplaced Pages's core policies.
- Take particular care while adding biographical material about a living person to any Misplaced Pages page and follow Misplaced Pages's Biography of Living Persons policy. Particularly, controversial and negative statements should be referenced with multiple reliable sources.
- No edit warring or sock puppetry.
- If you are testing, please use the Sandbox to do so.
- Do not add troublesome content to any article, such as: copyrighted text, libel, advertising or promotional messages, and text that is not related to an article's subject. Deliberately adding such content or otherwise editing articles maliciously is considered vandalism; doing so will result in your account or IP being blocked from editing.
- Do not use talk pages as discussion or forum pages as Misplaced Pages is not a forum.
The Misplaced Pages tutorial is a good place to start learning about Misplaced Pages. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! Hello, I'm BlueMoonset. I wanted to let you know that I undid one or more of your recent contributions to Glee (TV series) because it didn't appear constructive. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Your attempts to edit the main Glee article have caused major problems, and have had to be reverted. Apparently you would like to have more color in the infobox, but this is not needed, and you're causing damage to the article when you try. Please use the Sandbox for any experiments you want to attempt, and do not continue to try making changes to the article's formatting directly. Thank you. Stevenpanameno, you are invited to the Teahouse
Hi Stevenpanameno! Thanks for contributing to Misplaced Pages. |

Please refrain from making test edits in Misplaced Pages pages, such as those you made to Taylor Swift, even if you intend to fix them later. Your edits do not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Paul Erik 04:00, 2 November 2014 (UTC)

Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to Lorde. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. Dwpaul 02:15, 7 November 2014 (UTC)

Please discuss on the talk page before changing the "years active" on the Amanda Bynes page. Kendall-K1 (talk)
Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Misplaced Pages, as you did at Amanda Bynes. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been reverted or removed.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor then please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page. Alternatively you can read Misplaced Pages's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Misplaced Pages's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Misplaced Pages's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive, until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively could result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Kendall-K1 (talk) 03:39, 20 November 2014 (UTC)

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Misplaced Pages, as you did at List of Jessie episodes. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism. Thank you. MPFitz1968 (talk) 09:45, 14 December 2014 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Misplaced Pages, as you did at List of Jessie episodes, you may be blocked from editing. This is more disruptive editing than vandalism, but you are corrupting tables in this article by your addition of content; please use your sandbox to test your edits before submitting to the article. Thanks. MPFitz1968 (talk) 19:37, 14 December 2014 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for December 15
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Misplaced Pages appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Rihanna, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Annie. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:58, 15 December 2014 (UTC)

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Misplaced Pages, as you did at List of Jessie episodes. Dcbanners (talk) 16:05, 22 December 2014 (UTC)
While you've already received a final warning for your disruptive editing, I'm going to ask you one more time to stop changing colours without discussion or explanation, refrain from replacing templates that automatically calculate age with manual calculations, (which was incorrect by the way!), add invalid fields to infoboxes, or disrupt articles in any other way. If you choose not to grant this request and again disrupt articles you are very likely going to be blocked. --AussieLegend (✉) 16:27, 22 December 2014 (UTC)
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on List of Jessie episodes. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Please be particularly aware that Misplaced Pages's policy on edit warring states:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing.
Stop changing the colors. You will be blocked if you continue. Callmemirela (talk) 21:12, 22 December 2014 (UTC)
