"Lot Lizards" are also known by the automotive industry as a looker and not a buyer. I.E. A small corner car dealerships office manager is in his office and his co-worker comes in and asks "Any sales today boss? The manager replies, "No, just a number of "Lot Lizards". BAsically a tire kicker.
