⚫ IP-hopping troll has been active for several months and has been blocked and notified on multiple individual accounts. Sock appears to be operating over 4 distinct ranges, with multiple IP-hopps in each range. This appears to be more than a simple fixation by the IP-troll as other editors might have experienced a one-day fixation editor or even a one-week fixation editor. I have left the matter open for the last three months in the hope that the editor would eventually sign-in and start Talk page discussion/explanation, but, the IP-hopping troll appears to know from experience what the result will be upon signing in to their account. The IP-hopping has also extended to filing WP:HOAX ani reports and false ani reports indicating that it is an experienced editor who knows how to cast stones. I am presently trying to complete a GA upgrade at Birdman (film), and am requesting a range block for the next week or two against that IP-hopping troll to at least give me some breathing room and get me to the end of the GA upgrade effort there. This would be appreciated.
