The investigation recommended the use of boronated single supper phosphate and other sulphur-based fertilizers in sandy soil areas. In the same year, he investigated the Kinetics desporption of native phosphorus from soils of varying lithogenic origins in the Nigerian savanna. In 2011, he investigated the Integration of indigenous knowledge and conventional soil science approaches to detailed soil survey in Kaduna State, Nigeria. The investigation suggested that local soil name should be integrated into the soil map legend for sustainable development and improved communication between soil scientists and farmers. He has attended several scientific conferences and has presented posters and abstracts at numerous international conferences including the International Conference on Desertification held in Cape Town, South Africa in 2002 and the 18th World Congress of Soil Science held at Philadelphia, United State of America in 2006.
