| '''Seaview''' is a beach in ], ] ]. Located in southern part of Karachi, Seaview beach is a section of ]. It is one of the most popular entertainment sites in Karachi, with hordes of Karachiites flocking to its silver sands and murky waters daily. The beach needs serious attention and consideration of the city government as it has been afflicted by pollution not only from me polluted many times, events like the recent sinking of oil tanker as well as general waste have augmented the situation. Lighting arrangements are only good thing of beach. Beach also has a number of restaurants. Clifton Beach, or Sea View is the only cheapest and easily accessible picnic point of Karachi. World's second largest Fountain is also built there. With a little bit more attention the city government can make this beach as comparable to tourist beaches in some the most urban centres globally. | |||
| A gated residential area called Seaview Apartments lies close to a section of Clifton beach known as Seaview beach or simply Seaview. Further ahead lies Darakhshan Villas which comprises of residential townhouses. | |||
| In this very area new CINEPLEX cinema houses were constructed for the entertainment starved people of Karachi, particularly for the people who reside in DHA and Clifton.
