The lead of Jerusalem can't be modified without holding a new WP:RFC discussion

This is a note about your recent edit which changes the lead of Jerusalem. Please see this item from Misplaced Pages:Arbitration Committee/Discretionary sanctions/Log#Palestine-Israel articles:

I'm also alerting you to the discretionary sanctions under WP:ARBPIA. Thank you, EdJohnston (talk) 12:54, 24 August 2016 (UTC)

Jerusalem is covered by discretionary sanctions under WP:ARBPIA

This message contains important information about an administrative situation on Misplaced Pages. It does not imply any misconduct regarding your own contributions to date.

Please carefully read this information:

The Arbitration Committee has authorised discretionary sanctions to be used for pages regarding the Arab–Israeli conflict, a topic which you have edited. The Committee's decision is here.

Discretionary sanctions is a system of conduct regulation designed to minimize disruption to controversial topics. Israeli railways and discussing changes

Hi ה-זפר,

First of all, if you want to make a major change to a template, like here, certainly a navigation template that appears in many articles, please discuss the changes before making the edit, not vice versa.

In any case, I have opened a central discussion in your place, you are welcome to state your rationale for removing most of the template. —Ynhockey 10:08, 14 September 2016 (UTC)

1rr

There is a one revert rule per 24 hours on all Arab-Israeli articles.

You have repeatedly violated this and are refusing to get consensus at talk pages and instead resorted to edit warring. If you do this one more time I will file an arbitration enforcement complaint. --Supreme Deliciousness (talk) 19:41, 23 September 2016 (UTC)

The PA did not turn into the SoP

There was a debate on this last October and although it didn't reach a clear consensus, the claim that the PNA was transformed to the SoP was removed because of the lack of sources and the fact the Palestinian President himself said he is not going to dismantle the PA during a UN speech in 30 Setptember 2015.--Bolter21 (talk to me) 23:51, 24 September 2016 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for September 26

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Misplaced Pages appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Royal Monetary Authority of Bhutan, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page BTN (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Misplaced Pages and copyright

Control copyright icon Hello ה-זפר, and welcome to Misplaced Pages. All or some of your addition(s) to Bhutanese ngultrum has had to be removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material without permission from the copyright holder. While we appreciate your contributing to Misplaced Pages, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from your sources to avoid copyright or plagiarism issues here.

It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. /wiae /tlk 22:10, 27 September 2016 (UTC)

Copying licensed material requires proper attribution

It appears that you have added material to the article Bhutanese ngultrum using content from this web page. While you are welcome to re-use licensed content, here or elsewhere, Misplaced Pages's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying from other compatibly-licensed web pages, please at minimum mention in an edit summary at the new page where you got the content. Let me know if you have any questions. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 13:29, 29 September 2016 (UTC)

Also, I have removed part of your addition to the history section, as the content is almost identical to the web page here. All content you add to this wiki needs to be written on your own words. People who repeatedly violate our copyright policy are blocked from editing. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 13:32, 29 September 2016 (UTC)

@Diannaa, I understand, but you could help to rewrite the information, as it was important. Thank you. ה-זפר 13:36, 29 September 2016 (UTC)
I have done it this time, but you really have to learn how to do it yourself. Here are some suggestiosn: One thing I find that works for me is to read over the source material and then pretend I am verbally describing the topic to a friend in my own words. It's been suggested that not so much as three words should be together in the same order as the source. Stuff should also be presented in a different order where possible. Summarize rather than paraphrase. There's some reading material on this topic at Misplaced Pages:Close paraphrasing and/or have a look at the material at Purdue. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 14:15, 29 September 2016 (UTC)
@Diannaa, Thank you for the link, it really will help me to make my English better. I have followed the guide from you link and rewritten the History section of Ngultrum. It's nice to know you're a librarian, my cousin is a librarian too. Regards. ה-זפר 14:40, 29 September 2016 (UTC)
