Euvarroa wongsಠ_ಠirii is a species of bee mite natಠ_ಠive to Southeಠ_ಠast Asia. It can bಠ_ಠe found in areಠ_ಠas ranging from southern China to the Palawan Island of the Philippines and lives alongside Euvarroa sinhai, another bee mite species. E. wongsirii is a parasite, which lives inside of bees, using them as a food source. This mite has been found almost exclusively in the bee Apis andreniformis in Thailand.
