Erick Barkley (born February 21, 1978 in Queens, New York) is an American professional basketball player. He was selected by the Portland Trail Blazers in the 1st round (28th pick) of the 2000 NBA Draft. He played college basketball at St. John's University along with Ron Artest. He was traded by the Blazers with Steve Kerr and a 2003 second-round pick to the San Antonio Spurs for Antonio Daniels, Amal McCaskill and Charles Smith on August 5, 2002. In 2006 he plays in Switzerland, for BBC SION-HERENS.
