She came from a dysfunctional family. Her twin is Tony Haggett; she moved to Folkestone to stay with him to get away from bad company. She had twins that were adopted soon after birth.
There is another brother Carl Haggett, a plasterer (possibly also in Folkestone).
Trust me, she's dead.
