::Roman Dog Bird is a vandalism-only account. Since vandalism by this account isn't reported in a timely manner, it will never be blocked unless it is blocked when it is inactive. At least one article, ], is now fully protected, due primarily to vandalism by this account. There is a strong case to be made for blocking this vandalism-only account. ] 01:17, 18 December 2006 (UTC)
:::It is not a vandal-only account. There's good edits in the middle. The primary use of blocks is to stop a user from disruption, not that much of a punishment for past actions.--]]] 01:19, 18 December 2006 (UTC)
