@Gerda Arendt: Thanks for the welcome, but I'm not new. I just cleared my talk page.

ArbCom

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in discussions about infoboxes and to edits adding, deleting, collapsing, or removing verifiable information from infoboxes. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Misplaced Pages's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Prods

Hi, please remember to carry out WP:BEFORE prior to nominating articles for prod on notability grounds. Also nominating 42 articles in one day that were created by a respected admin is aggressive, imv Atlantic306 (talk) 23:36, 28 August 2020 (UTC)

I want to second that it appears you copied and pasted the same nomination (This article has no meaning, and cites only a few fan sources. It easily fails WP:GAMEGUIDE, and should be deleted.) over dozens of articles without reviewing which articles had sources and which didn't. On the articles that have sources, it appears you didn't review those sources to verify if they are considered reliable (from published books and independent magazines to industry focused websites such as Polygon and Wired). Industry focused sources are not "fan sources". I would suggest that as a new editor you slow down and review each article before tagging it with PROD. Sariel Xilo (talk) 18:11, 29 August 2020 (UTC)
Quick follow up - WP:GAMEGUIDE is useful to consider if the article has walk-throughs or detailed coverage of specific point values, achievements, time-limits, levels, types of enemies, character moves, character weight classes, and so on since these are considered inappropriate unless covered by a secondary source. When you are reviewing RPG source book articles, a better policy to consider is WP:BOOKCRIT. Specifically, look to see if the article meets either criteria 1: The book has been the subject of two or more non-trivial published works appearing in sources that are independent of the book itself. This can include published works in all forms, such as newspaper articles, other books, television documentaries, bestseller lists, and reviews and/or 2: The book has won a major literary award. Template

Hello,

I'm no template expert, but I took a look at it seems that you have some excess padding around the image, but I can't tell where it is coming from :(. That's what's stopping it from being truly on the left. Considering you made the template, I would recommend that you take a look to see if you can tell where it is coming from. I tried, but my extremely limited knowledge of wikimarkup and CSS means I am of limited use. If you can't resolve it, I would recommend asking at the Teahouse or Help Desk - there are some pretty advanced users there. Feel free to drop a message on my talk page if you need me! • @Giraffer:, I am glad to inform you that I found a simple, yet elegant, solution. I simply used the ifmobile template to only show the mobile warning template if the user is detected to be on mobile. Not only does this fix the problem completely (on mobile wikipedia, it aligns to the left), it also removes an unnecessary and bad-looking template from the desktop user page, that is meant to look better. Information icon Hi I-82-I! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at India that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Misplaced Pages – it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you.
