Deloria Online is created in Visual Basic and was started when Jeff O'Blenis was in school for software engineering. Deloria has quite a following through the many versions it has gone through. | |||
| The original version was taken down in 2004 and an unofficial version hosted by 'DarkAngel' and coded by 'GSD' went online in 2005. 'Darkangel' gave the game code and server data to a player by the name of "Slipknot998". 'DarkAngel' has since released the source making it available to anyone with Visual Basic 6. The code has many new features such as warp orbs. This version, due to unreliable servers, owners and many character resets saw player numbers decline to unsustainable levels, and was taken down in mid 2006. | |||
