"Non-partisan court plan"

In the discussion of CK's party switch, it's mentioned that he differed with the R's re. the "non-partisan court plan". There is no Wikilink for this, nor is it explained in the article. As a non-Missourian, I have no idea what it means. If someone's working on this article, could this be addressed? Thanks. Ammodramus (talk) 15:16, 12 April 2011 (UTC)

Koster subject of New York Times article on lobbying and corruption in states' attorney generals.

On 29 October 2014, St. Louis Public Radio announced that the New York Times has published an article on corruption in lobbying and states' attorney generals, using Koster as the prime example. I do not know how to use wikipedia, else I could possibly do this update. This is the article, with a link to the NYT article: http://news.stlpublicradio.org/post/ny-times-investigation-leads-questions-about-koster-money-missouri-politics — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.132.88.244 (talk) 21:41, 29 October 2014 (UTC)
