Links to commercial sites are often removed; especially ] should not contain any links to specific commercial diets or weight-loss books, no matter how good they are. The links on the article about yourself (or at least the one to your blog) were actually okay and sufficiently relevant in my opinion. The problem with the ] article is that it reads like an advertisement and does not follow our ] policy. It is also not very well-received to see people writing about themselves, see our ]. Advertising is strongly discouraged on Misplaced Pages, so your article might get deleted even if you meet our ] unless the article is cleaned up to read like a neutral encyclopedia article soon. The only thing you can do is attempt to defend yourself and what you wrote without going on the offensive (personal attacks get you nowhere and can get you blocked from editting wikipedia).
