disebut tanning kulit adalah proses dimana mengubah kulit mentah menjadi |

kulit olahan yang siap untuk dijadikan barang-barang atau accesoris yang |

berbahan dasar kulit. Hampir semua jenis kulit hewan ternak seperti Sapi, |

target yang di tentukan perusahaan. Disiplin dapat diartikan sebagai suatu |

sikap menghormati, menghargai, patuh dan taat terhadap peraturan-peraturan |

yang berlaku didalam sebuah perusahaan, baik secara yang tertulis maupun |

secara tidak tertulis serta sanggup untuk menjalankannya dan tidak mengelak |

untuk menerima sanksi atau hukuman apabila seseorang melanggar tugas dan |
