I have been blocked for 3rr by ], a teenager who has been an admin for 5 days. I did not violate 3rr. ], a single-issue, new user with a sockpuppet's knowledge of Misplaced Pages, for 3rr. I then said I would be stepping back from the article. Moreover, I have emailed this new admin and received no response. This is a heedless violation of blocking policy by a new admin.
