Rao Khalid Mustafa Khan is a Pakistani diplomat and businessman, currently serving as the Honorary Consul General of Kazakhstan in Lahore, Punjab. Appointed in 2022, he has played a key role in deepening diplomatic, economic, and cultural ties between Kazakhstan and Pakistan. He also has a background in politics, having contested elections for both the Provincial Assembly of Punjab and the National Assembly of Pakistan.

Mustafa Khan has a career in business, particularly in the chemical industry and international trade. He started his own business in 1989 and later co-founded Habib Syndicate, a trading company, with Habib Ahmad, Honorary Consul of the Russian Federation.
