Spam:
⚫ Spam (noting also user-name match, and to the spammed site). The IP is possibly a generally abusable proxy, but also specifically involved in this set of accounts by content. And it complained about being blocked at a time when it wasn't directly but some of the spam-accounts were. Several of these accounts were also active on commons (blocked and uploads deleted as solely for x-wiki abuse and also containing nonfree content) and one on wikidata.
