I have tried to report the user for vandalism but I have not seen a change. I am also seeking help with the absolute blocking of this user who continues to abuse the platform. I have tried to engage with the user via open talk, and have also warned them over a dozen times, but to no avail. I am still working on the Rice and peas page but I am currently editing Jamaican cuisine. This user who I believe to be Costa Rican is affiliated with the 'Rice and beans' and 'Gallo pinto' pages, has persistently been stalking (yes, stalking) all of the pages I have been contributing to. Not only is it disruptive and malicious, but I feel discouraged from contributing here as a result. I am requesting semi-protection or full protection of the said page(s) as a result.
