Our Mirage is known for their ambient music that provide emotional lyrics that can strike a nerve. Their music can offer a vast variety of elements which can relate to the listeners and they've poured their own emotions into their music. The band primarily focuses on the problems that younger folks deal with internally but their music doesn't just speak to them, it is very intuitive of the issues that many folks deal with on a common basis.<ref>{{Cite web|url=https://www.therockpit.net/2024/our-mirage-release-new-single-right-now/|title=Our Mirage Release New single 'Right Now'|publisher=The Rockpit|date=September 16, 2024}}</ref><ref>{{Cite web|url=https://preludepress.com/news/2022/01/17/our-mirage-release-new-single-calling-you/|publisher=Prelude Press|title=Our Mirage Release New Single, "Calling You"|author=Dom Virgil|date=January 17, 2022}}</ref><ref>{{Cite web|url=https://thoughtswordsaction.com/2022/11/25/our-mirage-released-new-album-via-arising-empire-watch-the-video-for-eclipse/|title=Our Mirage Released New Album Via Arising Empire; Watch The Video For "Eclipse"|date=25 November 2022 |publisher=Thoughts Words Action}}</ref> Frontman Timo Bonner provides clean and unclean lyrics throughout their music.
