'''Reason:''' Since mid-December I have been dealing with the said user who uses the (following I.P. addresses: 2601:147:4700:2000:F477:719:678B:F64D, 68.110.32.32 and 68.33.255.195, who keeps disrupting my editing and vandalizing pages I have been contributing to i.e. ], ] and most recently ]. I have tried to report the user for vandalism but I have not seen a change. I am also seeking help with the absolute blocking of this user who continues to abuse the platform. I have tried to engage with the user via open talk, and have also warned them over a dozen times, but to no avail.
