'''Reason:''' Since mid-December I have been dealing with the said user who uses the (following I.P. addresses: 2601:147:4700:2000:F477:719:678B:F64D, 68.110.32.32 and 68.33.255.195, who keeps disrupting my editing and vandalizing pages I have been contributing to i.e. ], ] and most recently ]. Not only is it disruptive and malicious, but I feel discouraged from contributing here as a result. I am requesting semi-protection or full protection of the said page(s) as a result. On previous occasions senior editors have intervened to reverse content removal, and in December temporary protection was given to ] as a result of the actions of the said user. I have tried to report the user for vandalism but I have not seen a change. I am also seeking help with the absolute blocking of this user who continues to abuse the platform. I have tried to engage with the user via open talk, and have also warned them over a dozen times, but to no avail. This user who I believe to be Costa Rican is affiliated with the 'Rice and beans' and 'Gallo pinto' pages, has persistently been stalking (yes, stalking) all of the pages I have been contributing to. Not only is it disruptive and malicious, but I feel discouraged from contributing here as a result. I am requesting semi-protection or full protection of the said page(s) as a result.
