Seeing that police are nearby (and probably knowing that adults who harm kids are very likely to get arrested no matter what the circumstances), Francis starts crying ] and gets Timmy arrested. Another example came in a later episode where Timmy was accused of shoplifiting, while he was innocent and Francis, who put on a good-boy act in public, was really the thief, stealing things such as a barrel of ], an electrical generator, and a TV, which he stuffed down his pants.
