'''Richard David Hackett''' (b. July 2nd 1983) is an English-born musician from Dudley in the West Midlands. Having played in a number of small bands throughout his late teens, he learned to play the guitar and began composing sad songs at the age of 13. Currently un-signed, Hackett has produced three studio albums using home studio equipment between April and August of 2007. He is currently putting together a touring band to begin playing his music in live venues.

Tim as he is popularly called in the aviation community is a true aviator at heart; with more than 30 years experience,Tim began his aviation career in the US Navy before moving on to the private sector. Tim is a pilot, avionics specialist and mechanic. He presently holds a Pilot, A&P, and Inspectors Authorization certificate.

Before founding TFSI. Tim was Maintenance Director for several Multinational Companies like Mobile Oil, Jet Asia, Hawker Pacific Singapore, and Hawker Pacific Philippines to name a few.

TFSI was created by Tim along with his team of Aviation Professionals to promote General Aviation and aviation safety in the Philippines. TFSI offers flight training, aircraft hangar rental, aircraft rental, aircraft maintenance, aircraft parts dealer, aircraft management and will have Part 135 Certificate.

As a young and dynamic company TFSI believes in the Philippines and in the country’s potential to be an Aviation Center in the Asia Pacific Region.

TMT AVIATION SCHOOL currently offers Private Pilot ground and flight training courses approved by the Air Transportation Office of the Philippines with Air Agency Certificate No. 03-05. Add on ratings of Instrument, Commercial, ATP ratings to our present certificate are underway.
