Jackrm, I am not sure what your objective is. Do you want to be an admin, or a better editor, or both? As far as your editing goes, I will give you the same advice that I have given others. Concentrate less on the easy stuff (reverting vandals, minor formatting, chatting with other editors) and more on the hard stuff: '''writing'''. I suggest you pick just one article, something you know or care about, and take it from stub class as far as it can go. --] 17:31, 21 September 2007 (UTC) | Jackrm, I am not sure what your objective is. :Thanks for your comments. I agree that my edits are very minor lately, but that's due to school. I don't want to be an admin yet, but I definately want to be a better editor. I have done some major edits to ] and ] which can be seen in the questions below. Ofcourse, I'm going to continue my anti-vandal work, but I'm working on starting to actually edit articles. — ]<small>(])</small> 16:21, 22 September 2007 (UTC)

Hi Jack. I just spent some time going over your contributions to Misplaced Pages. First and foremost, I congratulate you on having an affable, gregarious nature (particularly as evidenced by your recent participation at the Holiday committee which I think is essential in a format such as this. I noted your comment below about making mistakes when you first got here. But, then, who didn't, really? That's only normal. Your work on ] has been great, I'm also impressed by your willingness not to simply tag articles an run, but dig in and fix or remove the problems that you see. I'm glad to see you're participating at ], particularly if you're considering adminship for yourself in the future. Some advice, because I've seen it come up in the past, is that maybe some more participation in WP function related areas such as AfD, RfC, RFCN . . . etc, etc. But that's just for the admin bit. Otherwise, I think you're a valuable editor and should keep up the good work. Cheers! ] ]/] 17:07, 22 September 2007 (UTC)
:Thanks alot! Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 was a very difficult article to edit, as there is little trustworthy sources for it. I am definately more proud with my edits to ] and ]. Again, on the admin subject, I'm really not sure if I want to be an admin yet! Also, I have contributed to AfD etc. in the past; I've nominated several articles for deletion, and given my opinion on many which are nominated for deletion. Thankyou for your review and kind words! I will take everything you say into account. — ]<small>(])</small> 17:13, 22 September 2007 (UTC)

Questions
- Of your contributions to Misplaced Pages, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
- I know many people do it, but vandal fighting is something I enjoy doing. My edits to bands I like I feel are also good. I have greatly improved the Meg & Dia and Coheed and Cambria articles. To Meg & Dia, I added non-free images of albums, singles and the band, audio samples and lots of sourced information. I also created a page linked to Meg & Dia, If You're Poor Find Something to Sue For, although it's a stub due to the little ammount of info on it online, and two other stub pages of footballers, mainly created to complete the squad list on the teams article. As for Coheed and Cambria, I update their future album, Good Apollo, I'm Burning Star IV, Volume Two: No World for Tomorrow as much as possible. Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 is also updated regularly by me. I have added several images to Misplaced Pages, which can be viewed here.
- Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- I don't feel I have, no. If there is any vandals, I try not to make them mad or anything. I always try to be friendly, however much some people annoy me! Luckily, I haven't been in any edit wars, the only reverts I do are removing unconstructive edits and/or vandalism. I warn the users or inform them of what they did wrong immediately so no confusion is caused as to why I removed their edits. I must admit though, I have made mistakes. One being where I was new to Misplaced Pages, and incorrectly warned someone for some vandalism they didn't do. Me and that user are fine now though, and have both awarded eachother Barnstars to say sorry, award eachother for the good edits we do, and to calm the situation. I do get mad at some things which happen on Misplaced Pages sometimes, although I try not to show it.
