We have had a blocking and banning policy for a good long time, there is no significant dissent from the view that "anyone can edit" does not mean "anyone can use as a forum for foolishness". After you "retired" a few weeks ago I tried to email you to suggest that you create an anonymous, new account and use it to improve articles, because I've found that the way to achieve satisfaction through participation in Misplaced Pages is to write good articles, because you can look back at your work with a sense of pride, unlike comments in a policy debate which get lost in all of the drama and hyperbole.
