:It looks like someone removed or changed the "User-reported" header from the page, which is required to be present for the bots to function properly. Once the header was replaced, the bots returned to functionality. I haven't been able to find the exact edit where it got messed up, and don't have time to hunt for it right now, but that's what the logs show happening. —] <small>(])</small> 18:02, 22 October 2007 (UTC)

::Ah, there was actually a slight bug in the bot code (well, it's arguable whether it was a bug or just being too strict in what it was looking for), that was causing problems with the FixInstructions task. I've made the code more liberal so that this shouldn't happen again, and posted an update of the bot code for the other operators. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
