Hello everyone! Thank you for the recent works on this page, it looks much better now. However I was wondering if it made sense to still keep a list of the different models of MPCs, maybe with their release date. I'm thinking it would be consistent with other stand out wikipedia articles about series of product, such as the iPhone series, the PlayStation series, the Fort F series or the Nikon E series. --] (]) 19:21, 2 October 2018 (UTC) |

: Incorporating a list of different models would be a good addition, but everything we add must be sourced properly (as it is on the ] article). We can't allow the article to become another untamed jungle of technical information without proper sourcing or discretion about what's included, as it was not so long ago (see ). ] (]) 04:32, 3 October 2018 (UTC) |

Could you upload it using this page and fill in the info: http://en.wikipedia.org/Special:Upload |
If not provide more info like your name (or just say use your username) and how you want it released. Not sure if we should just assume here... |

Also a few more shots if you have the time. There is a lot of flash in that photo. If not that one will do fine. |

I cleaned up the article a little. At the bottom there was some html and random characters. There is a rather negative tone in the following paragraph: |
"The basis for the MPC stems from Roger Linn's early designs, yet has continued as a marketing force after his involvement. Many claim Akai have let the MPC range down by poor service attention, lack of OS updates for popularly requested features and "chasing the field" media formats (i.e. re-releasing the MPC2000XL with a CompactFlash card reader in 2004). Despite this, few sampler/sequencers are as robust; and the MPCs' features still demand respect." |

Should this be rewritten or removed. At least a source, perhaps a quote from someone. |
