Thanks Brian0918, I definitely like the community around here, and the site itself is amazing. I use it all the time, and I've learned much from reading various articles. Thanks for the links, too, and I just figured out the tildes thing a few days ago. I've been seeing people signing their names with dates, and at first I thought I had to do that manually, but I looked around the help pages and figured it out, eventually ^_^ ] 05:29, August 13, 2005 (UTC)

== Regarding 66.99.49.226 ==

Hi! I'm one of the people undoing ]'s antics. I see you go to the same high school he does; if you could talk to a teacher, for example, that would be most useful :)

Note that if you don't feel comfortable doing this, there's absolutely no pressure. Misplaced Pages '''is''' a lot stronger than him; there's no real damage he can do either way. Glad to have you here, whatever you decide to do. :) --] 17:31, 30 September 2005 (UTC)

ArbCom elections are now open!

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Misplaced Pages arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
