Instead of hassling me, why don't you go take a look at what happened to ]. OK they created a promotional article and I tagged it for deletion but they also said they were willing to adjust the article. I thought perhaps I could help because there do seem to be some reliable sources about it, but when I get back I find that they've been indefinitely blocked for "spam", which seems pretty fricken' brutal if you ask me. ] (]) 21:05, 26 February 2009 (UTC) |

Basically, advocacy, as per ], is for those who have some form of accessibility problems with wikipedia, like physical or mental limitations, so that we could serve as "voices" for those individuals if they should face disciplinary measures. If you feel that you meet those criteria, please send me an e-mail through the E-mail this user function in the toolbox and let me know what the specific accessibility limitations are. Like most of the other advocates, I tend to think myself better qualified in some areas than others, and have faults myself. I don't think any of us would want to try to serve as an advocate for someone they themselves, for whatever reason, feel less than comfortable with.
