I cannot tell you how many times I've felt the exact same way, "instigators" with an agenda will cause this: |

<blockquote> |

:I am writing this message to you as a notice of my withdrawal from Misplaced Pages following the recent events/edits on the ] and ] pages – events that you were involved in. Never in all of my years in academia (the better part of a decade) have I been privy to such patently-insincere and downright academically-fraudulent work as that which I have encountered on Misplaced Pages. |
:While I was initially willing to set aside all of the negative things I had heard about Misplaced Pages in an effort to contribute to a seemingly beneficial project, the actions of editors and administrators on the Susan Roesgen and CNN pages has made it eminently clear that “scholarship” and Misplaced Pages truly are mutually exclusive – propaganda has carried the day. |
:My failure to grace the project with some actual academically-sound work was not made in vain; with every neutral editor that you drive out of the project with your blatantly POV-pushing agenda, you further bolster your reputation as nothing but an unreliable propaganda board. Your reputation for unreliability was perhaps best captured in a recent statement made by my corporations professor: “I decided to make myself more ignorant on the topic by looking at the article (]) on Misplaced Pages.” |
:I strongly encourage you to alter your course, set aside your agenda, and reverse your – and Misplaced Pages’s – reputation as a laughing stock. This will not only benefit the public in general, but will, I submit, actually make you feel better about yourself. Best, J.M.] (]) 03:32, 4 May 2009 (UTC) |

The greatest part is the by ''instigator with an agenda'' Loonymonkey 22:53, 4 May 2009 (UTC) - "Haha, okay. Whatever. No loss." |

Noticeably, you'll see what I did there. Whether taking a quote out of context, or manipulating words, or creating double standards on what is considered a reliable source; you left-wing extremists know what I'm talking about too, I know you know because you use these very tactics to hide or cover facts in a story that go against your agenda. It's been used against me several times. It's been used on to others too, such as in . Grundle was doomed to lose this attack because, as the bully said, ''"you haven't received much support from other editors on this, but if you think you can generate consensus the best place to do so would be on the talk page of that article"'' -- ''Loonymonkey 02:19, 15 February 2009 (UTC)''. Turns out, Loonymonkey has a with Grundle too. Grundle earlier tried explaining, <blockquote> |
"I did what you suggested, and I took it to the article's talk page. I asked you a question on the talk page. You responded, but you did not answer my question. Why do you think the way the bailout money is being spent is not relevant to the article on the bailout? Why do you continue to refuse to answer this question? Every source that I cited talked about the bailout, so how can you say it's not relevant to the bailout? ] (]) 14:20, 7 February 2009 (UTC)" |

Oh how many times I've heard that! Soon thereafter, there's always two or three of the editors friends--sharks--I'll call 'em, they gather around instigating to get the Ban card played. Point being, <s>I'm sure whatever it is Loonymonkey was trying to cover up or instigate,</s> I assume a similar scenario is what ultimately bothered Jm131284 to the point of ranting. The problem is that these extremists roam the Misplaced Pages articles looking for things they don't agree with - then instigate it to death until the newbie or whoever just leaves. These instigators ''work together'' at times. They know the rules or tags, or whatever phony-power tools Misplaced Pages can offer you, there are ''many'' (a lot!) of editors who use these against newbies and/or to manipulate and scare just-learning Misplaced Pages editors. Sometimes it's very difficult to argue back against all these editors when they gang up on you. They will do that. It creates the illusion that one Editor is violating the 3RR while the other two are ''innocently'' fixing a revert they firstly reverted because it said something in opposition of their biased agenda. Once these types of ] go away, Misplaced Pages will be more accurate and articles within it will actually be a ]. Until then, instigator's with an agenda who have a fair amount of Misplaced Pages knowledge know-how, they will continue their subtle bullying manipulation methods to scare away those who have opposing views to them. I will not be one them. ] (]) 07:20, 7 May 2009 (UTC) |

<s>:I await my oncoming ''punishment'' for speaking freely against existing but skeptical behavior from,</s> The way I see it, because I've noticed a few ] edit-''teams'', who hold a double standard on opposing views, there needs there needs to be some accountability in Misplaced Pages. Without it, without integrity or accountability, Misplaced Pages will never be the potential it can be. |

:::You are jumping to the assumption that the protestors have a coherent issue, message, or meaning. Most likely it is a collection of racist and republicans (and some racist republicans). Interesting perspective. Any other to responsibly edit articles related to the tea parties in a unbiased, encyclopedic manner? |
