Try to not read anything into a tag. After all, every article can be improved, and there are some very poor articles out there that are not tagged at all, as it would be pointless to tag it for everything. You've got a lot to offer ''']''' ('']'') 03:59, 3 November 2009 (UTC) | |||
Hi, I've reverted your addition of flags to the above article and should explain why. It's policy to avoid using flag icons unless it's useful to the reader (see ] for further details); in the instance you were adding them it was not useful. It's hardly surprising that an English team has mostly English players (Northants and Leicester are frankly appalling) so theirs no need to emphasise the point; straight from the policy page "do not emphasize nationality without good reason". The same goes for the ''notable players'' section where it's already stated which country the players represents. The flags are unnecessary, although may have a place in the infobox at the top of an article as a kind of shorthand which isn't necessary elsewhere. Sorry if I was off-hand about reverting you before, and it's good to see someone taking interest in the county articles which vary widely in quality. Unreferenced BLPs
Hello HampshireCricketFan! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 13 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:
- Asadullah Khan - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL
