The Nazis created the German Labor Front that did control workers and prevent strikes but also had some form of heavily beaurocratic collective bargaining (essentially not directly elected representatives) that made the workers dismissal much harder and created various workers benefits. This isn't right. Allied air raids did not cause any significant damage on the German industry. It actually ''grew'', not collapse. It's generally agreed that strategic bombing was a failure in pretty much every aspect. |
