Welcome back. Hopefully we can work better together.

The article will be discussed at ] until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.
This guideline mentions the subtitles that should usually be used and the order they should be used in. This is to give consistency to medical related articles. Thus causes should be used instead of etiology.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. ] (]) 10:03, 26 May 2012 (UTC)

::I deleted the sarcasm, (most of it), the fact is this Anthony. The article should not have been nominated for deletion in the first place. The people pushing for deletion have written nothing of note, some nothing at all. The two main protagonists, can not even follow basic Misplaced Pages policy concerning ] and ], yet they are given a platform for their disruptive behavior. And quite frankly I have more than enough to contend with, without the author of a ] and Andreas Derleth the winner of Mr. Gay World, aggravating the shit out of me. I answer their bullshit because because I would have a guilty conscience if something that may be useful to decent people (not douchebags) is deleted. It's the same B.S. as Silent Stroke, Depression (differential diagnoses), the lame-ass picture on the suicide article. Enough already.
It is recommended that we usually leave image sizes at default. This is because registered users are able to set what size they wish default images to be displayed at (under My preferences -> Appearance ). Thus those who wish to see larger images can set WP to display defaults as bigger and those with a slow internet connection can have images display smaller.--] (] · ] · ]) 15:03, 19 April 2010 (UTC)

On a serious note, of course it would be better to have the phone numbers, but without them the Twinkie-eaters can't bitch. There is no valid reason for it to be deleted beyond being a penis. The websites are still listed, the only thing that sucks is that, there is no dedicated one for the Native American Youth Crisis. You would think considering the high suicide rates in Native American kids that somebody would have the decency to start a website dedicated to them.

Hello. Your account has been granted the "<tt>reviewer<tt>" userright, allowing you to ] on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, will be commencing a ] at approximately 23:00, 2010 June 15 (UTC).

The sad part is this, it's a bitch getting help for suicidal behavior. First you need to have some knowledge, that's were Misplaced Pages can be helpful, like there are treatments that work, there is at least a ten percent chance a medical conditions is causing the underlying problem etc. Second, if a person is psychologically/neurologically compromised they need to be fortunate to have someone advocate on their behalf. Third of of course MONEY. And last but far from least actually finding a dedicated professional that knows the difference between their ass and their elbow.
Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not ] to articles placed under flagged protection. Flagged protection is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial.

Many are ignorant, and a lot have no conscience. If they did they would be utilizing Misplaced Pages. Most people don't knw what a differential diagnosis is. I read Medscape everyday, one article was on how only 30-40% of doctors prescribing atypical antipsychotics monitor the patients metabolic parameters. Because it's more profitable o hip out the prescription pad.
When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious ] or ], and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see ]). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found ].

I may not be on Misplaced Pages for awhile or infrequently, so if you can just kind of make sure the <strike>dickheads</strike> misguided but well-meaning individuals don't delete the article I would be much obliged.

::Thanks for the compliment Anthony, everybody needs one once in awhile, even people like me who fart to much. The article is not complete yet, I plagiarized some paragraphs from the CDC,(just not to leave sections blank till I have the time) there is more to be added, some to be parsed etc.

::As far as Good Article status, quite frankly I put that up there with barnstars, wikicookies, editcounts and <strike>]</strike> etc.
Hi, Mike, I'm not sure what caused your tables to turn black; as the original creator of those tables, it certainly wasn't my intention! I was trying to shorten code in this over-long article, but I guess your browser or system won't properly render things like <nowiki> "bgcolor=afa|" </nowiki>. And if yours don't, then of course some other Misplaced Pages readers will see the same thing.
] (]) 09:56, 5 September 2012 (UTC)

In the five-borough table, I was trying to match colors with those in the map, which are incompatible with those of the template that ] created from my original table, which in turn followed the convention I started (for other considerations) in ]. Were the background colors too dark to show the borough names (in which case they could be lightened)? Or was everything black? While it was a pain (and added 2.5 - 3 <s>MB</s> kB I didn't want to add) to recreate the pre-template table with 2009 numbers, at least a white background won't positively confuse readers, so it's probably worth the effort. It's not easy, baby, when your whole world is black. <small>I've added your Talk page to my Watchlist, so it's easier to keep any further discussion on this page, or move it to ], than to bounce it between your talk page and mine.</small> ] (]) 20:31, 2 August 2010 (UTC)
::Everything looked black you couldn't read the numbers. I dont think the colors are necessary anyway, it looks cleaner...just my opinion. ] (]) 20:39, 2 August 2010 (UTC)

::Honestly Anthony, It really wouldn't phase me. It's a matter of opinion. I've made edits to articles that were considered featured articles. Plus I can't deal with most of the award-winning personalities on Misplaced Pages...myself included. I'm stuck with me but I prefer to avoid the others. ] (]) 07:24, 6 September 2012 (UTC)
::: I found a map which uses names rather than colors for the boroughs, and thus simplifies a number of things for the reader and editor, as well as allowing me to use the regular NYC boroughs template, which in turn reduces the article's size by about 3 kB. Just so I can see for myself when I'm unintentionally creating black boxes, what browser and system are you using? I usually use Google Chrome on my Windows Vista (Compaq) desktop computer, but I also have Internet Explorer 8, Mozilla Firefox 3.6, and the last version of the obsolete Netscape Navigator 9. When you want to rename a page, do not copy-and-paste the content -- ] the page instead (or if yuo cannot move the page because the target already exists, use ]). This keeps the edit history with the article.

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Misplaced Pages appreciates your help. We noticed though that you've added some links pointing to ]. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. <small>Read the ]{{*}} Join us at the ].</small>
I have fixed ] and changed it to a proper move. In the case of ], that's the standard naming convention of lists so there seems no reason to rename it. However, if you wish to have it renamed, you can ask for that to be done via ].

:::With respect to ], I have gone back and consolidated the edit histories. Your changes should now be reflected. If not, like the other one, they are all available in the edit history and you can select the right version. As for the naming conventions, you can look around the site or check the manual of style. ::::The Copy-and-paste move was because I'm a dumb ass and don't know how to do it properly. As far as community involvement on the name change, it seemed that nobody really gave a crap about the subject because the same lame verbose information was repeated in two articles. Well done. Long overdue and much needed. Sorry about blundering in with my massive rewrite the other day. Do you think it warrants a stand alone article? ] (]) 06:49, 14 August 2010 (UTC)
::Thanks, I tend to overreact so I apologize. I would like to change the name of ] back to ], I think it's more succinct and to the point, if you look on the talk page on that article there is only one comment about a different matter. I've been thinking about the person who searches for "depression" on Misplaced Pages. I'm concerned about the percentage who suffer from it or have a loved one who does. I'd like ''them'' to find the best information as easily as possible. So I did {{plainlink|url=http://en.wikipedia.org/search/?title=Depression&action=historysubmit&diff=377922378&oldid=377406065|name=this}} to the disambiguation page and {{plainlink|url=http://en.wikipedia.org/search/?title=Depression_(mood)&diff=378875575&oldid=362458525|name=this}} to Depression (mood), so it just describes the emotional/physical state thoroughly and briefly, and directs them to the 4 articles that might help. Do you you think this could be improved? ] (]) 14:06, 14 August 2010 (UTC)

::It looks fine to me, although the article on ] could probably be expanded a bit. It is a pure fact that most people ''diagnosed'' with psychiatric conditions have little or no medical work-up, not even the common sense procedure of taking a medical history is done. Do you know what I'm talking about? ] (]) 15:46, 14 August 2010 (UTC)
::I put it in ] and ] it's not my say-so it's from experts like Richard Hall M.D., a thorough work up should be done for any disorder, nobody has a crystal ball, the excuse about monetary cost isn't a valid argument either especially for younger people. Misdiagnoses and missed diagnoses cost far more in lost productivity and lost lives.

== Please assume good faith ==

Hi Anthony, I was wondering if there is anyway to check if an administrator abuses the administrative tools? Someone with this administrator tools was misusing them when i was editing the lede section on ]. The edits were not going through so I went to other articles and tried and there was no problem. When I went back to Anxiety disorder and left this comment:<br><br>That's funny my edits are showing up on other articles but not on this one, so no server lag, is somebody playing with their tool(s), let's try.and 14% of Europeans<br><br>
it stopped. I believe it was Heilmann as he was on changing the "wording" 15 minutes before.. Actually disrupting Misplaced Pages and misusing the administrator tools in order to harass another user is far more serious than my petty civility issues. Also I wrote a message asking you about it when it happened I clicked "Show Preview" but not save as the edits went through after I made the aforementioned comments in the articles edit summary. Can an administrator see what someone else is previewing.<br><br>

This is what led to the block, Heilmann reverted legitimate edits to the Suicide article and I responded:<br>
Undid revision 513320587 by You reverted all the wikilinks too/ You like tbeing in the New York Times much. I have an incredible story i can tell them/. learn how to write and don't preach to me.<br><br>
I responded in that fashion due partly to the previous harassment, partly because Heilmann has contributed nothing of note to the ] article beyond two garish maps and what any normal person coniders an entirely inappropriate image and
also it is incredibly audacious for an individual to preach om how to write medical articles when that same individual can't even get the name of a disorder right. And considers one line on this misnamed disorder an article., when the person he is preaching to, is capable of not only correcting his misinformation but also writing a "medical article". Here is another medical article he has written, ] and uses only one reference of the dreaded "primary reference".<br><br>

That's what Heilmann is capable of: one line articles and taking credit for other people's work by forking off sections from main articles like.
1.Bedbug infestations:
2.Physical Therapy/Occupational therapy in carpal tunnel syndrome:

Heilmann is a liar, a plagiarist and grossly incompetent in writing medical content which he refers to as medicine content. The block was done due to personal malice against me on his part. I have been plagiarized by medical journals, neurologists, stem cell research centers etc. and this fraud plagiarizes others work VERBATIM. He tries to delete ] which I wrote, and was the one plagiarized out of pettiness. I write sections on suicide prevention and treating for suicidal ideation on the ] and he puts garish inappropriate cartoons on

Assume good faith?, the reason for the block is a lie: so liar, copy and pasting other's words verbatim is plagiarism:plagiarist, can't even get the name of a medical disorder right yet write an article on it: gross incompetance.<br><br>

I was going to write ]: and do whatever necessary to get the appropriate copyright compliant images so the information is readily accesible and nobody can claim ignorance, put information that is actually useful; such as the subject of brain maturation on ] as well as a section on Youth Suicide on the Suicide article, add more information on ],], ], in my own words not cut and paste plagiarism, amongst other articles. <br><br>Really? since Heilmann can't write maybe this guy can write the articles I was going to, or maybe someone from the "masses of editors".

You're entitled to think what you like about other editors; but not ''say'' what you like.
*I noticed that edit summary at ]. Admins can't see your previews - that's not one of the permissions that come with the job. And neither can they prevent any individual from editing a particular article. The article may have been briefly protected from all edits, execpt admins, and if so, there would be an on-wiki record somewhere. I've asked at the village pump
*<s>The copy-and-paste and close paraphrase are inappropriate and need to be addressed but, like your importation of an image, they're relatively minor infringements provided they're isolated lapses and are corrected when noticed.</s>
*As for creating articles with content from other articles, that happens all the time for many reasons including when a section becomes too big for its article. James is the least glory-seeking editor I know. He is not motivated by a desperate need for recognition (that does seem to motivate some editors here but I don't count either of you in that class). So he's not doing it to pump up the number of articles he's created, and he acknowledged the source article in each of the examples.
*I believe James's block was inappropriate given your shared history but believe an uninvolved admin was likely to block you anyway, for your disrespectful tone towards editors who annoy you. I hope you can learn to cut that out, because unless you can, you won't survive here.

You and I both disagree with James on the illustration for suicide. If you come back to editing, I'll work with you to get that changed back to Socrates sipping hemlock. I don't have the energy to do it on my own. --] (]) 13:52, 22 September 2012 (UTC)
===Replies to concerns raised regarding my editing===
*Hi Anthony, I was wondering if there is anyway to check if an administrator abuses the administrative tools? Someone with this administrator tools was misusing them when i was editing the lede section on ]. The edits were not going through so I went to other articles and tried and there was no problem. When I went back to Anxiety disorder and left this comment: That's funny my edits are showing up on other articles but not on this one, so no server lag, is somebody playing with their tool(s), let's try.and 14% of Europeans it stopped. Can an administrator see what someone else is previewing.

*It is incredibly audacious for an individual to preach om how to write medical articles when that same individual can't even get the name of a disorder right. A personal appeal from

an author of 3,647,328 Misplaced Pages articles

Nomination of List of suicide crisis lines for deletion

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article List of suicide crisis lines is suitable for inclusion in Misplaced Pages according to Misplaced Pages's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Misplaced Pages:Articles for deletion/List of suicide crisis lines until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. Psychonaut (talk) 10:03, 26 May 2012 (UTC)

I answered. On the page, oh yeah, and your a dick. i have some high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines show that you are.7mike5000 (talk) 13:12, 27 May 2012 (UTC)

Just saying...

Some of your posts (while, certainly not "Wiki-civil") really cracked me up. Lol, nice DietFoodstamp (talk) 10:45, 2 June 2012 (UTC)

I don't know what DietFoodstamp's referring to but I have to agree. You are very, very funny sometimes. --Anthonyhcole (talk) 11:35, 2 June 2012 (UTC)
Thank's DietFoodstamp and Anthony, if I wasn't a poor, miserable and depressed bastard I could probably be a real riot (I still do look fabulous though). 7mike5000 (talk) 20:23, 5 June 2012 (UTC)

Funny

That's funny; I typed out nearly exactly the same rant yesterday, but I didn't hit "save page". Now that you've had the vent, how about deleting it with an apology in your edit summary? Just to have less dramah so you can get on with what you really want to do. Whatever. Up to you. But with that kind of ammo morons can railroad you off the project, and I don't want that. --Anthonyhcole (talk) 13:26, 8 June 2012 (UTC)

I deleted the sarcasm, (most of it), the fact is this Anthony. The article should not have been nominated for deletion in the first place. The people pushing for deletion have written nothing of note, some nothing at all. The two main protagonists, can not even follow basic Misplaced Pages policy concerning WP:REFERENCES and WP:NOTABILITY, yet they are given a platform for their disruptive behavior. And quite frankly I have more than enough to contend with, without the author of a List of Ultima characters and Andreas Derleth the winner of Mr.
Their should be more accountability on Misplaced Pages, everyone likes to showcase their aberrant psychology, but what they can't showcase is a modicum of skill or humane behavior. The self-deprecating Grand Poobah headcase that I am, at least I generally keep to myself, I am good-natured and I can write useful informative articles.
I deleted the numbers on List of suicide crisis lines, there is now no rational excuse to delete it. I'll talk to you later.7mike5000 (talk) 14:04, 8 June 2012 (UTC)
Why did you delete those numbers? As for the rest, so? So what? It's fucked. So what are you going to do about it? Get banned or stick around? Don't give people ammo. That's all.
We're up against it. It's a psychopathic/autistic organisation; somehow, we have to induce insight into it. Somehow we have to find the way to induce reflection in them. I'm fairly sure you're not going to do that by calling people dumb cunts. Not in this situation, where you can be seriously distracted for days or weeks by decorum enforcement procedures, or even banned if you handle it poorly. --Anthonyhcole (talk) 16:22, 8 June 2012 (UTC)
By the way, it sounds to me like you've got your head out of your arse. --Anthonyhcole (talk) 16:43, 8 June 2012 (UTC)

Anthony I've yet to call anyone a dumb cunt. I don't use bad words. I deleted the numbers because I have my own (redacted) to deal with and I can't play with the (redacted) right now, and I wanted to make sure there is no basis for deletion and at least the basic information is there and the website urls are accessible. I have something called a conscience, so just saying (redacted) it let them delete it would bother me.

The article didn't warrant a deletion tag in the first place, for someone who writes (redacted) articles about kiddie games to put it there is B.S.. Then another ignorant (redacted) pops put of the woodwork, who wrote an 'article' on the winner of the Mr. Gay World contest, and uses a twitter feed as a reference. And he compares the self-sacrifice of an Arctic explorer as an example of 'not all suicides are bad'. And these (redacted) callous indifferent (redacted) have the (redacted) to try and call the shots, and I have to walk on eggshells and kiss their (redacted) (redacted)?. (redacted).

I'm should start making der rules on Misplaced Pages. The first is the WP:BLAH-BLAH-BULLSHIT-RULE, you have to write and contribute a certain amount of 'useful information' and then you earn BLAH-BLAH-BULLSHIT points that entitle you to engage in bullshitting. After a person has utilized their WP:BLAH-BLAH-BULLSHIT-RULE points they are cut off.

My other rule is the WP:I've been plagiarized by doctors and medical journals and you haven't so shut the fuck up-Rule. My other one is the WP:Your a fat ugly motherfucker and I'm not (plus I have a great tan) so shut the fuck up and go eat a Twinkie-RULE.

Read this:. Can you imagine the horror of jumping off a 40 story building and landing on your face? And she had everything going for her. She was being 'treated' for depression, I would have to say the treatment didn't work to well. How can people be indifferent about things like this.

Okay all done. The article doesn't warrant deletion, the tag should come off, It would be nice if someone actually put a little effort into it, I can not at present. And also the Trials and Tribulations of Mike keep me occupied full-time - the (redacted) never ends for me - so I have to go bye-bye for a while. If have said something that warrants a ban (I don't think so because I don't use bad words), I will have to banned in absentia. Catch you later Anthony.

P.S. I was clicking save when you as you were posting. My head is still in my ass but I have had some air. Believe it or not I'm actually not a melodramatic (redacted- because I don't use bad words) drama queen. As anyone who has had depression knows, for whatever the circumstances, you become a (redacted) poet. 7mike5000 (talk) 18:03, 8 June 2012 (UTC)

Ah. OK. That makes sense. If you decide to have a go at replacing the numbers come and get me and we'll do the secret cabal thing. Man, I know where you're coming from with this stuff - especially the differential diagnosis thing. --Anthonyhcole (talk) 20:41, 8 June 2012 (UTC)
I've always wanted to be a part of a secret cabal, I can't tell you how much that means to me Anthony. We should get like secret decoder rings and stuff.

I may not be on Misplaced Pages for awhile or infrequently, so if you can just kind of make sure the dickheads misguided but well-meaning individuals don't delete the article I would be much obliged.

P.S. Now that we are part of a secret cabal of two, you are going to have to get one of those dedicated identity numbers, you know the kind the peckerheads secret agents on Misplaced Pages have. Also you are going to have to stop calling yourself Anthony, pick out a new identity, maybe something like Aunt Gertie, of course you will need a disguise and some fake boobs.

Okay thanks for doing the right thing, Aunt Gertie. 7mike5000 (talk) 00:35, 9 June 2012 (UTC)

See you in the fullness of time. --Anthonyhcole (talk) 07:38, 9 June 2012 (UTC)
That was rude of me. --Anthonyhcole (talk) 15:53, 12 June 2012 (UTC)
What was? Did you fart? 7mike5000 (talk) 15:58, 12 June 2012 (UTC)
Me removing that picture. I'd really rather you didn't do that. I have a lot of respect for both of you, and I don't like to see unnecessary goading. He's entitled to his view. It's your job to persuade him. Goading is a disruptive cop out. --Anthonyhcole (talk) 17:56, 12 June 2012 (UTC)
I added the picture back but I changed the caption a bit. Both Doc James and myself enjoy playing with our balls, I don't have any pictures of myself playing with my balls and that was the only picture available on Wikimedia. And honestly Anthony, as opposed to Herr Heilman placing Manet's le Suicide on the Suicide article, which I consider to be in poor taste to say the least, my utiliizing his public domain photograph is pretty innocuous. Plus I'm pathetic and need to humor myself. 7mike5000 (talk) 15:11, 13 June 2012 (UTC)

Removing FfD tags

Do not remove FfD until the deletion discussion has been concluded. What you did would be in bad form even if you weren't the uploader, but since you are the uploader, it's extremely bad form. Sven Manguard Wha? 18:34, 4 July 2012 (UTC)

Putting baseless tags on images just because a person needs an ego stroke is extremely bad form, and is not the way you improve Misplaced Pages. Acting like you run the show, and leaving annoying messages for people who actually make useful positive contributions as opposed to writing about kiddie's video games is also extremely bad form, as is dictating in the manner you have. Alleging somebody engaged in "vandalism" is also (drum roll goes here) extremely bad form. Ta Da 7ven Mike5000 Huh? Wha? Who's on First?15:59, 6 July 2012 (UTC)

July 2012 Study of authors of health-related Misplaced Pages pages

Dear Author/7mike5000

My name is Nuša Farič and I am a Health Psychology MSc student at University College London (UCL). I am currently running a quantitative study entitled Who edits health-related Misplaced Pages pages and why? I am interested in the editorial experience of people who edit health-related Misplaced Pages pages. I am interested to learn more about the authors of health-related pages on Misplaced Pages and what motivations they have for doing so. I am currently contacting the authors of randomly selected articles and I noticed that someone at this address recently edited an article on Congenital Fiber Type Disproportion. I would like to ask you a few questions about you and your experience of editing the above mentioned article. If you would like more information about the project, please visit my user page (Hydra_Rain) and if interested, please visit my Talk page or e-mail me on nusa.faric.11@ucl.ac.uk. Also, others interested in the study may contact me! If I do not hear back from you I will not contact this account again. Thank you very much in advance. 90.210.83.229 (talk) 23:52, 11 July 2012 (UTC)

Non-free rationale for File:Raymond Vanessa Jackson Mugshots.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Raymond Vanessa Jackson Mugshots.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Misplaced Pages is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Misplaced Pages page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 18:11, 19 July 2012 (UTC)

Spelling: Bullenhuser Damm (picture)

Hi, there is a picture named "Children of Bullinhuser Damm.jpg" on the project. My question is: Why that incorrect spelling and should anything be done about it? - I'm a Newbie (and no native-speaker), just wanted to bring that to your attention, leaving it all to you more experienced contributors. On the page for the picture there is also something going on about "fair use rationale". Don't have any idea about this kind of legal stuff. I'm just an ordinary reader and think the picture should be kept in where it is needed. (No answer is needed. And of course, please delete this section here then right away, once you've read it and decided...) -- CaffeineCyclist (talk) 20:01, 12 August 2012 (UTC)
File:Children of Bullinhuser Damm.jpg

Hi 7mike5000, tried to fix that legal stuff, adding "fair use rationale" (mainly copy and paste of yours, except for the description) for article Nazi human experimentation. - Would you please check whether it's OK now? - Seems the User who started that nuisance in the first place has quit WP during the meantime: User:Fastilysock. All that's rather strange (an "aka"-name or what???), can't make much sense of it neither. - Best. -- 46.115.35.40 (talk) 19:02, 21 August 2012 (UTC)

It looks fine to me, but I'm also not anal retentive. I'm sure someone will have a problem with it eventually.

Nice

Have you thought about running it through the WP:GA gauntlet? --Anthonyhcole (talk) 09:40, 5 September 2012 (UTC)

Thanks for the compliment Anthony, everybody needs one once in awhile, even people like me who fart to much. The article is not complete yet, I plagiarized some paragraphs from the CDC,(just not to leave sections blank till I have the time) there is more to be added, some to be parsed etc.
As far as Good Article status, quite frankly I put that up there with barnstars, wikicookies, editcounts and Doc James etc.

7mike5000 (talk) 09:56, 5 September 2012 (UTC)

I did it with Cancer pain, and found it a bit excoriating but good for the article. Don't do it, though, if you're not prepared to deal respectfully with arguments you believe to be unreasonable or immoral. --Anthonyhcole (talk) 07:08, 6 September 2012 (UTC)
Honestly Anthony, It really wouldn't phase me. It's a matter of opinion. I've made edits to articles that were considered featured articles. Plus I can't deal with most of the award-winning personalities on Misplaced Pages...myself included. I'm stuck with me but I prefer to avoid the others. 7mike5000 (talk) 07:24, 6 September 2012 (UTC)
I just checked out Cancer pain. You did an outstanding job, it looks great.7mike5000 (talk) 09:31, 6 September 2012 (UTC)
Thanks. I took it to WP:FAC and that was very valuable. A lot of holes and other shortcomings were uncovered. I'm having a break from it, but have a couple of excellent new textbooks on my hard drive so will get back to it when I've got more reading time. --Anthonyhcole (talk) 03:28, 7 September 2012 (UTC)

Please assume good faith

This is regarding your comment, "obviously some people enjoy being disruptive and getting a rise out of irritating others" on Misplaced Pages:Files for deletion/2012 September 3#File:SA Army General rank.jpg. Please be civil and assume good faith when dealing with other editors. My rule of thumb is that you should not say something to someone online that you wouldn't say to them in person. You do not endear yourself to others when you make comments like that, and it may cause your comments to be discounted when administrators close deletion discussions if they read your comment with the personal attack as unproductive. SchuminWeb (Talk) 23:16, 17 September 2012 (UTC)

No offense SchuminWeb I'm a big boy and I don't need lessons in civility from you or any of the other individuals that have nothing better to do then troll boards and leave annoying messages. All you have just managed to do is piss me off and waste my time. I spend 99% of my time on Misplaced Pages improving it. Like writing things that get plagiarized by effing neurologists and trying to help people by putting useful medical information where it belongs, the first or near first spot in the search engine. I rarely if ever comment on anything. Plus I left that comment 11 DAYS AGO. So I politely ask you spare the me the Miss Manners routine and don't leave me any other annoying messages. 7mike5000 (talk) 23:32, 17 September 2012 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (File:Poorly Made in China-cover.jpg)

Thanks for uploading File:Poorly Made in China-cover.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Misplaced Pages under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Misplaced Pages. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Misplaced Pages (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Misplaced Pages page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Hi Heilmann!!!, I really don't have the time to play with you at the moment, so just a short missive:
  • You are full of it. You blocked me because of I had the audacity to say something to you, for deleting my edits on the Suicide article.
  • You misused the administrator tools more than once: you deleted an edit summary from the suicide article, and were effing around when I was editing the Anxiety disorder article correcting doing the same thing repeatedly until I commented on it.
  • Off color humor isn't uncivil. And i don't have to walk on egg-shells.
  • I noticed somebody wanted to know Does he do anything useful?. I don't have the time to get into to much detail right now but here is a little reminder:
I write medical information like Silent stroke, Depression (differential diagnoses),West Nile virus, redoing the Suicide article including adding relevant sections like um PREVENTION and TREATMENT in an effort to help people. And then of course I was plagiarized by neurologists, medical journals etc. I would say useful.

That's it for now mi amigo. 7mike5000 (talk) 00:56, 20 September 2012 (UTC)

P.S. I have to tell you James, I was very disappointed in you, I thought we were tight. I even had your picture, this one, on my User Page. but then I noticed that you have been making hundreds or edits - sometimes only a minute apart - to the Hemorrhoid article recently, so if you are not feeling well then I can understand. If you need someone to talk to about it I'm all ears here is my email s7mike5000@yahoo.com. I hope you feel better. 7mike5000 (talk) 01:21, 20 September 2012 (UTC)

So. What now? Do you have any suggestions regarding what you can do/change that will get you unblocked? Perhaps canning the proctology references? Maybe assuming good faith and not pointing out the failings of others? James said in his email you'd been over-relying on primary sources on Suicide. Do you know what he was talking about? We can probably get you back editing if you try harder on the civility thing, but I'd like to know what the sources issue is before thinking about that. I'll ask at James's talk page. --Anthonyhcole (talk) 01:03, 21 September 2012 (UTC)

No self deprecating sycophancy this time

Heilmann's work on Suicide

Hi Anthony, I was wondering if there is anyway to check if an administrator abuses the administrative tools? Someone with this administrator tools was misusing them when i was editing the lede section on Anxiety disorder. The edits were not going through so I went to other articles and tried and there was no problem. When I went back to Anxiety disorder and left this comment:

That's funny my edits are showing up on other articles but not on this one, so no server lag, is somebody playing with their tool(s), let's try.and 14% of Europeans

Can an administrator see what someone else is previewing.

This is what led to the block, Heilmann reverted legitimate edits to the Suicide article and I responded:
Undid revision 513320587 by You reverted all the wikilinks too/ You like tbeing in the New York Times much. I have an incredible story i can tell them/. learn how to write and don't preach to me.

I responded in that fashion due partly to the previous harassment, partly because Heilmann has contributed nothing of note to the Suicide article beyond two garish maps and what any normal person coniders an entirely inappropriate image and also it is incredibly audacious for an individual to preach om how to write medical articles when that same individual can't even get the name of a disorder right. And considers one line on this misnamed disorder an article., when the person he is preaching to, is capable of not only correcting his misinformation but also writing a "medical article". Here is another medical article he has written, Olcegepant and uses only one reference of the dreaded "primary reference".

That's what Heilmann is capable of: one line articles and taking credit for other people's work by forking off sections from main articles like. 1.Bedbug infestations: 2.Physical Therapy/Occupational therapy in carpal tunnel syndrome: 3.Epidemiology of breast cancer Or articles like this Rehabilitation in Parkinson's disease which he "created" in which he cuts and pastes other people work from websites like for example:
Heilmann's work: Regular physical exercise with or without physiotherapy can be beneficial to maintain and improve mobility, flexibility, strength, gait speed, and quality of life. was copied verbatim from ], which to paraphrase Heilmann:

When someone points out that an image that one uploads infringes on copyright as was done here Sept 6 http://en.wikipedia.org/User_talk:7mike5000#File:West_nile_virus_rash.jpg_listed_for_deletion and you reply that they are a "dexter" we have a problem. Copyright infringement is a huge issue.

I used an image which I did not claim as my own obviously, while he is committing blatant copyright violations through blatant plagiarism. This Rehabilitation in Parkinson's disease looks decent now becasue User:SandyGeorgia did most of it. More plagiarism:Risk factors for tuberculosis, "Heilmann's words": "Diet may also modulate risk. For example, among immigrants in London from the Indian subcontinent, vegetarian Hindu Asians were found to have an 8.5 fold increased risk of tuberculosis, compared to Muslims who ate meat and fish daily". Article was "created" on Dec. 29, 2011, where he plagiarized it from] was written on or prior to March 24, 2011.

WP:Plagiarism

☒N Copying from an unacknowledged source

  • Inserting a text—copied word-for-word, or with very few changes—from a source that is not acknowledged anywhere in the article, either in the body of the article, or in footnotes, the references section, or the external links section.
  • The above is the most egregious form of plagiarism, and the least likely to be accidental

He tries to delete Silent stroke which I wrote, and was the one plagiarized out of pettiness. I write sections on suicide prevention and treating for suicidal ideation on the Suicide and he puts garish inappropriate cartoons on

Assume good faith?, the reason for the block is a lie: so liar, copy and pasting other's words verbatim is plagiarism:plagiarist, can't even get the name of a medical disorder right yet write an article on it: gross incompetance.

I was going to write Child abuse (skin signs): and do whatever necessary to get the appropriate copyright compliant images so the information is readily accesible and nobody can claim ignorance, put information that is actually useful; such as the subject of brain maturation on Youth Suicide as well as a section on Youth Suicide on the Suicide article, add more information on Pituitary adenoma,Skull bossing, Transfusion therapy (Sickle-cell disease), in my own words not cut and paste plagiarism, amongst other articles. And I have to kiss this plagiarist guy's rear? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 7mike5000 (talkcontribs) 13:44, 22 September 2012

Totally uncontroverial block. Shame on anyone who would consider ignoring such flagrant long-term hositility on grounds of productivity: we have masses of editors who edit productively who can behave civilly. Chris Cunningham (user:thumperward) (talk) 12:36, 21 September 2012 (UTC)

Really? since Heilmann can't write maybe this guy can write the articles I was going to, or maybe someone from the "masses of editors". So let the block ride. It's not my loss. 7mike5000 (talk) 13:44, 22 September 2012 (UTC)

You're entitled to think what you like about other editors; but not say what you like.

  • I noticed that edit summary at Anxiety disorder. Admins can't see your previews - that's not one of the permissions that come with the job. And neither can they prevent any individual from editing a particular article. The article may have been briefly protected from all edits, execpt admins, and if so, there would be an on-wiki record somewhere. I've asked at the village pump
  • The copy-and-paste and close paraphrase are inappropriate and need to be addressed but, like your importation of an image, they're relatively minor infringements provided they're isolated lapses and are corrected when noticed.
  • As for creating articles with content from other articles, that happens all the time for many reasons including when a section becomes too big for its article. James is the least glory-seeking editor I know. He is not motivated by a desperate need for recognition (that does seem to motivate some editors here but I don't count either of you in that class). So he's not doing it to pump up the number of articles he's created, and he acknowledged the source article in each of the examples.
  • I believe James's block was inappropriate given your shared history but believe an uninvolved admin was likely to block you anyway, for your disrespectful tone towards editors who annoy you. I hope you can learn to cut that out, because unless you can, you won't survive here.

You and I both disagree with James on the illustration for suicide. If you come back to editing, I'll work with you to get that changed back to Socrates sipping hemlock. I don't have the energy to do it on my own. --Anthonyhcole (talk) 13:52, 22 September 2012 (UTC)

Replies to concerns raised regarding my editing

  • Hi Anthony, I was wondering if there is anyway to check if an administrator abuses the administrative tools? Someone with this administrator tools was misusing them when i was editing the lede section on Anxiety disorder. The edits were not going through so I went to other articles and tried and there was no problem. When I went back to Anxiety disorder and left this comment: That's funny my edits are showing up on other articles but not on this one, so no server lag, is somebody playing with their tool(s), let's try.and 14% of Europeans it stopped. I believe it was Heilmann as he was on changing the "wording" 15 minutes before.. Yes that article is one line. However the ref is listed as a review article by pubmed not as a primary source. When I write GAs I do not like red links remaining in the text and thus at least start something on these pages. This content was from the main Parkinson's disease page and was not written by myself. One can see the wording on the mainParkinson's disease article. While I agree there are concerns it is not clear who has plagiarized from whom. While our content is referenced theirs is not so I think it is more likely they from us. My justification for creating this is here. We basically had a class of students who where learning how to edit. We wanted something other than a feature article where they could do this. I have left Sandy a note as she was mentioned. Doc James (talk ·contribs · email) (if I write on your page reply on mine) 19:24, 22 September 2012 (UTC)

Once again just content that I moved from the main article as I was bringing tuberculosis to GA. The source you give actually credits Misplaced Pages thus no concerns. I did not indicate where I moved it from in this case and thus will make a note on the talk page.Doc James (talk ·contribs · email) (if I write on your page reply on mine) 19:24, 22 September 2012 (UTC)

Better source request for File:Sky Chief.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:Sky Chief.jpg. You provided a source, but it is difficult for other users to examine the copyright status of the image because the source is incomplete. Please consider clarifying the exact source so that the copyright status may be checked more easily. It is best to specify the exact Web page where you found the image, rather than only giving the source domain or the URL of the image file itself. Please update the image description with a URL that will be more helpful to other users in determining the copyright status.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source in a complete manner. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Misplaced Pages appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Beach, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Trash and Wrack (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). On Terrell Peterson

I just want to congratulate you for the good work on Terrell Peterson. This is one of the most horrifying crimes I have read about and it is important to keep the memory of this poor, massacred boy. Although I have no connection to his story, or even to your country, I cannot take this tragedy from my mind. And it should be that way, to everyone.

Thank you. --Brandizzi (talk) 02:09, 21 March 2013 (UTC)
