| I would support a narrowing of your topic ban to exclude all non-political topics. However, as you well know, in the Soviet Union ''everything'' was political. The problem I see is that politically motivated editors will try to add a political spin to every sentence about the Soviet Union, or even "Putinist" Russia. Unfortunately, this history was very tragic, and it must be objectively described. I think we both can agree on this. We do not have any disputes. I saw your edits in different areas and consider most of them very much reasonable. ''If'' my topic ban is lifted, we would not have any problems, I hope. And of course, you are very welcome to comment about my amendment request. Please do. The Russian Empire was never a part of my topic ban, and Shell made it very clear. As about the "scope of my conflicts" (as you tell), I currently do not have any conflicts with anyone at this site, you including, and I want to keep it this way in the future. You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Misplaced Pages arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve.
