The title of the song is "The Lady Killer Theme (Intro)", not "The Lady Killer Theme", so the notes field was incorrectly used. The notes field is generally reserved for "featured artists" (artists credited on a song who appear courtesy of another record label, as usually described in liner notes) or additional lyricists.
