== Block==
I have blocked you for 24 hours for disruptive editing. While you are understandably upset, it doesn't mean that you can freely act disruptive as well. You announced that you would become a sockvandal, which I can't prevent, but I would urge you to reconsider and to avoid doing anything with farther reaching consequences. ] (]) 08:24, 25 January 2013 (UTC)

:I've extended the block indefinitely. My full thoughts can be found , but the gist of it is, Andy; if you wish to back down and be constructive, I welcome it whole-heartedly. However, you're going to need to file an unblock request that outlines why, exactly, you should have the privilege of editing Misplaced Pages, and why we should trust you to interact with other users without personally attacking them. If this had been the first time, I'd be much more forgiving; as it is, I can't help but shake my head. You've had plenty of chances, and if there was ever a need for a wakeup call, let this be it.

:Now, if you choose ''not'' to return to Misplaced Pages constructively, and instead go about your promise to vandalize and use sockpuppets, then I will be saddened by your decision and will have no choice but to stand by mine. Regards, ] 09:01, 25 January 2013 (UTC)

::I no longer consider editing Misplaced Pages a 'privilege' - not while the gross hypocrisy concerning 'civility' continues. Make rude remarks about a Wikipedian, and ANI fills up with the pitchfork mob. Systematically slander entire communities (as Ankh, Shrike and co have spent years doing) and fuck-all ever gets done about it. This stinks, and I no longer want to play any part in it. ] (]) 10:01, 25 January 2013 (UTC)

ArbCom 2024 Elections voter message

Hello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Misplaced Pages arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2024 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:23, 19 November 2024 (UTC)
