What exactly do you mean by that? Every school has one. I have a feeling you mean an extended or immersion programme. Please say which it is. ] 00:56, 25 February 2006 (UTC)
Hello. Firstly, I would like to apologize for my rude message to you. It's been a rough couple of days for myself and I have been a little too emotional and quick to anger. It doesn't reflect positively on myself and was unfair to you when you were making perfectly legitimate questions and edits. I apologize for my message to you. It wasn't done in a rational state of mind.
Secondly, it has been announced (I have actually had the priviledge of talking with a teacher at NHS who informed me of the move) that NHS will be the region's main immersion school. All Canadian students are obviously expected to have an education in French (at least up to Grade 9). However, this is what I believe to be the Immersion Program. It will only be for a select few students as the great majority will obviously continue to learn in English, but they are moving it from Aurora High.
Hopefully that helps! | |||

I've reverted the removal of the AfD tag on '']''. It's considered unacceptable to remove the tag while the discussion is still ongoing. I also reverted your deletion of a legitimate vote/comment from the AfD disccussion (if you feel necessary, you can bring up the civility issue with another admin). Thanks. — ]::] 04:04, 26 March 2006 (UTC)
Please stop removing comments from Articles for deletion discussions; it is considered ]. You may comment on the discussion if you have problems with it, but don't remove material that's already there. — ]::] 01:47, 27 March 2006 (UTC)
Well, the correct procedure, I would think, would be to get an admin to look at the insults, not delete them yourself. — ]::] 01:55, 27 March 2006 (UTC)
Removing the contributions of others from AfD discussions is highly inappropriate and is liable to get you blocked for vandalism if you continue. I regret that you didn't interpret my remarks in the same playful tone that I intended them, but that by no means gives you the prerogative to remove other people's contributions to a discussion. — ] (]) (]) 05:41, 27 March 2006 (UTC)
Hey guys, let's let a guy who lets his bias get in the way of decisions have an adminship and then he can ban a user who contributes to Misplaced Pages! It is sure to be effective! --] 18:43, 28 March 2006 (UTC)
Exactly. The treatment I have received from Phil Welch, an individual who is on an obvious power trip and abusing his administrative resources for personal gain, is nothing short of outlandish and embarassing to Misplaced Pages. I have consistently been a strong contributor to numerous articles and it is somewhat demoralizing to have been blocked from editing a page of which I was one of the primary creators of. This behaviour on Phil Welch's part strikes me as being ridiculously hypocritical.

ArbCom elections are now open!
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Misplaced Pages arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Welcome to Misplaced Pages, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Toronto Raptors, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. It is actually not conventional practice to list full season in terms of starting and ending year.
