| :Hm, no can't delete outright; the tag should be changed to Copyright to Wikimedia, though, as all images that use our copyrighted logos have to be copyrighted to us (law, not policy). The Foundation hasn't gotten around to creating a policy on who can and who can't use our logos on our projects, so there is no way to say "this isn't allowed" or "this is allowed." | You can do a lot of things; anything that doesn't specifically require having restricted permissions (like blocking or deleting) can be done by any user. They're always looking for people to do cleanup and reference checking, as well as things like copyright problems. | |||
| As for the Mediation Committee, you don't have to be an admin, but the committee members tend to look for people who have a lot of demonstrated experience in dispute resolution, and have a great deal of community trust. However since you're checking the IPs I'm not sure how to proceed. My reading of says that if it's obvious that someone's sockpuppeting (on which we both agree) it doesn't matter if they managed to line up their open proxies beforehand, and I don't think it's a violation of AGF to say that TMECM is clearly going to end up banned here as he was on two other Wikipedias. My comments here will be short and to the point: I'm no longer taking part here. I have received an astounding amount of support, especially by email, but it's time to go. I tried to walk away in August, and managed to do so for quite a while, but I eventually came back, because of the many requests I received urging me to return.
