The company publishes ], the highest distribution English magazine in Japan. Formerly known as Tokyo Classified, the magazine is a free distribution full-color 72 page weekly city guide and ]s magazine for Tokyo's English-speaking community. Crisscross distributes 30,000 copies of Metropolis each week throughout Tokyo, ] and ]. Metropolis is the only English magazine in Japan that has its circulation certified by Japan's ].

In June 2000, Crisscross started Japan Today, an interactive news site that allows users to post comments under any story. According to ], Japan Today, now renamed "Crisscross News Japan", was the largest news and information site about Japan in English.

In December 2005, the Company expanded its news coverage to include U.S. and world news and renamed the site "Crisscross News".

The Company also launched Crisscross Network, a ] service that lets users compare and link ] information such as their life goals and favorite items. The site makes use of ].

Crisscross KK also operates a boutique creative agency, called Crisscross Creative.
