If this refers to a particular field of study, most of the names on the list do not belong. If it refers to a particular outlook on technology, we already have ] and ] among several others. "Development" as a subject for criticism has many more meanings than "technological development," which is either (a) vague, (b) value-laden, or (c) redundant to a better defined subject.
