| Anil Trivedi (born 6 May 1951) is a prominent social activist and Gandhian from Indore, Madhya Pradesh in India; who is best known for his public interest litigations (PIL) challenging Government’s anti-people policies. For last 35 years, he has forced the reversal of anti-people policies of the state administration in numerous cases, through writ petitions and has helped restore the rights of the people: the tribals, farmers and poor villagers; the dignity of the poor and the helpless, and in protecting the environment, and ensuring free open spaces for children and the public. | |||
