'''SteamWorld Dig''' is a downloadable game developed by ] for ], available on ]. In the game, players makes their way down through a mine in a robot ] setting.

== Gameplay ==

''SteamWorld Dig'' is a ] ] game where the player controls Rusty, a robot who has just arrived at the small ] town of Tumbleton in order to inherit his uncle's mine. The game mostly takes place in the mine, where Rusty digs ore which he can then sell in Tumbleton. Rusty can purchase upgrades to his equipment in Tumbleton for the money he makes. While exploring the mine, Rusty also finds various special abilities which are either new weapons or offering increased mobility. An example of the latter is the Steam Jump, an ability which causes Rusty to jump much higher at the expense of water. Water is a scarce resource which is used for several abilities and must be absorbed from scattered pools in the mine.

This talk page is a redirect. The following categories are used to track and monitor this redirect:
  • From a duplicated article: This is a redirect from a page on the same or very similar subject matter that was kept as a redirect to preserve this page's edit history after the content was merged.
    • Please do not delete this redirect nor remove this tag unless the need to recreate this article is demonstrated.
  • From a subpage: This is a redirect from a subpage. In a page title, a subpage name appears after a forward slash (/); for example, "Misplaced Pages:WikiProject Cricket/Articles", which is a subpage of "Misplaced Pages:WikiProject Cricket", redirects to Template:CricketRecentChanges. Not all articles or other pages with "/" in their titles are subpages (e.g. CP/M).
  • With history: This is a redirect from a page containing substantive page history. This page is kept as a redirect to preserve its former content and attributions. Please do not remove the tag that generates this text (unless the need to recreate content on this page has been demonstrated), nor delete this page.
    • This template should not be used for redirects having some edit history but no meaningful content in their previous versions, nor for redirects created as a result of a page merge (use {{R from merge}} instead), nor for redirects from a title that forms a historic part of Misplaced Pages (use {{R with old history}} instead).
When appropriate, protection levels are automatically sensed, described and categorized.
