Surely adding information about the remaining members forming “Let's Go Eskimo Productions LLP” would still be acceptable as the source (]) is an official registrar of UK companies and is an official UK government agency? Also, I believe that the company formation is relevant to the group’s page as even if no touring or production efforts have been completed yet under it, it still relates to all of the living members of the group and shows current commercial efforts relating to the group. |

An 'era' is a long and distinct period of history with a particular feature or characteristic: fair enough for the most part, but the intervening year or so between albums is not long enough to count as an era.
