I vote it should be left for at least a couple weeks and given the opportunity to expand it, rather than removing it less than a week after it's creation. - keep I agree with WLU, at least give the article some time to expand before removing it. The T'lan do have a huge amount of backstory to them, so the material for a good article to form exists.
