Your user page shows a "This user has rollback rights on the English Misplaced Pages" userbox. That's not correct; the "Verify" link will show that you don't have those rights. :: is what the "verify" link brings up. Unless "Cflm001" is an alternate account of yours, you don't have rollback rights. Personally I prefer which shows that you're extended confirmed but not a rollbacker. The shows you had those rights for not quite three months, back in 2008. If you want to add a "This user had rollback rights almost a decade ago" userbox, be my guest. Stating that you currently have those rights is incorrect. I'll also note that you accuse me of assuming bad faith despite me having verified - and having told you so - that you indeed do not hold those rights. I did not mean to imply that the misrepresentation is deliberate, and it doesn't matter to my point: You're not a rollbacker but your user page says you are. Hi Certified Gangsta. The licensing of each media file you see used on Misplaced Pages is determined by it ] and not every file you see on Misplaced Pages is ] the same. Some files are licensed as ] or licensed under a ] and these are often collectively referred to as "free images". Other files are licensed as ] because of their copyright status and these files are commonly referred to as "non-free". Non-free content use on Misplaced Pages is highly restricted and each use of such files must satisfy ]. One of these restrictions is ], which says that non-free content can only be used in the ]. For this reason and as explained in ], non-free content such as ], and ] cannot be used (i.e., displayed or activated) on your userpage, or any other pages in your user namespace. Perhaps you did not notice the ] I left when I removed the files; therefore, I'm posting this here to provide more explanation. If you have any questions about this feel free to ask them here, at ] or at ], but please don't re-add them again.
Finally, regarding your edit sum that removing the files was harassment, please carefully read through ] and ] because removing content which clearly is in violation of Misplaced Pages's policies and guidelines from userpages is not considered harassment in any sense of the word, so you should be careful aboiut accusing others of such things. Just for reference, I am not a member of WikiProject China and only came across your userpage because the files you added to your userpages had been flagged for review by a bot as NFCC#9 violations. -- ] (]) 11:27, 29 November 2017 (UTC)
:Appreciate the thorough explanation I saw your post to WikiProject: China talkpage and jumped to the conclusion that someone there sent you to harass me (it happened a lot in the past). Apologize for the misunderstanding.--] (]) 11:43, 29 November 2017 (UTC)
::No harm no foul. Just for reference, I also posted the same post at ] and ] and I am not a member of those WikiProjects either. It's unfortunate that you have been harassed in the past by other editors, and I wasn't trying to make light of such a thing in my previous post. For newbie editors, I sometimes do post a more explanatory talk page message like the one I added above, but in this case I assumed the edit sums I left were sufficient. Anyway, just try and check the licensing of any files you want add to your user pages; as long as they are not non-free, they should be fine to use. Live long and prosper. -- ] (]) 11:51, 29 November 2017 (UTC)

Boney, I don't think you'll find and helpful — you may think those edits will support the questions you're asking of an arbcom candidate, but I'm pretty sure they'll be counterproductive, if anything. And as Heimstern says, the Ideogram case is really old. Please self-revert. If you're pissed off because Alex hasn't responded to your follow-up questions, I sympathise (I'm considering asking him about it, when I have a little more time), but this isn't the way. ] | ] 13:34, 30 November 2017 (UTC). |

ArbCom 2018 election voter message
Hello, Certified Gangsta. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Misplaced Pages arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2018 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 18:42, 19 November 2018 (UTC)
