I'm sorry, it's been some time since I checked my LJ and I only just noticed your comment. I wish I could take credit for the subtitle, but I flagrantly ripped it off of ]'s brilliant black-humor conspiracy card game ]. One of the cards has that name, and features a pair of evil geniuses in the labcoated mad-scientist mold, grinning and posing as if for a PR photo.
