== Edit Request for Audrey truschke ==
Hello, that section you removed about women's actions during the Kashmir conflict was one that my group had to write for a group project and add to a Misplaced Pages page. : There is certainly a need for a section on women's roles in the ] article, assuming you are interested in the insurgency aspects. But you need to read the article first and find content that fits into the narrative of the article. You can't just write a little essay and stick it anywhere you please. Also, you need to read more sources. Nyla Ali Khan's book is a bit of a personalised memoir. It may not have much content that can go into an encyclopedia. Here are a couple of scholarly works that deal with the subject better:

] Hello Kautilya3, and welcome to Misplaced Pages. All or some of your addition(s) to ] have been removed, as they appear to have added copyrighted material without evidence of ] from the copyright holder. While we appreciate your contributions to Misplaced Pages, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues here.

Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, ''to the world'', into the ] (PD) or under a ] copyright license. Such a release must be done in a verifiable manner, so that the authority of the person purporting to release the copyright is evidenced. See ].
*In ''very rare cases'' (that is, for sources that are PD or compatibly licensed) it ''may'' be possible to include greater portions of a source text. ''However'', please seek help at ], the ] or the ] before adding such content to the article. 99.9% of sources ''may not'' be added in this way, so it is necessary to seek confirmation first. If you ''do'' confirm that a source is public domain or compatibly licensed, you will still need to provide full attribution; see ] for the steps you need to follow.
