Personally, I would want to make the latter featured due to its international prominence in the news. Though more people probably know less about the military and history of Pakistan, more people would probably be interested in reading a full article about the earthquake. Incidently, the military and the earthquake articles have already been through a FAC so there will be, hopefully, less obstacles once those issues are addressed. Because all the placemarks show everything around a town or a village or a peak, we could start by adding the location, the district and the surroundings of the subject. Once we have articles, others who know more about the places will start adding to it. Otherwise, one is very reluctant to start a new page because one doesn't know much about it.
