| I'm no template expert, but I took a look at it seems that you have some excess padding around the image, but I can't tell where it is coming from :(. That's what's stopping it from being truly on the left. Considering you made the template, I would recommend that you take a look to see if you can tell where it is coming from. I tried, but my extremely limited knowledge of wikimarkup and CSS means I am of limited use. I simply used the ifmobile template to only show the mobile warning template if the user is detected to be on mobile. Not only does this fix the problem completely (on mobile wikipedia, it aligns to the left), it also removes an unnecessary and bad-looking template from the desktop user page, that is meant to look better.
